New Porgera Limited 2026 Graduate Development Program
New Porgera Limited is inviting applications from qualified Papua New Guinean graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Development Program, also known as the COMPASS Program. The initiative is aimed at developing young professionals by providing structured workplace learning within a large-scale mining operation at Porgera.
The program combines practical, site-based experience with guided technical and professional development. Graduates accepted into the program will gain hands-on exposure in their respective fields while building skills and competencies required for long-term careers in the mining industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75 or higher
- Be in their final year of study in 2025 or have graduated within the last three years
- Hold qualifications from a recognized tertiary institution

Graduates from the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:
- Civil or Structural Engineering
- Mining Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Geology
- Metallurgy
- Accounting
- Human Resource Management
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
