Papua New Guinea teachers from Elementary, Primary, Secondary and colleges can access their pay slips online. Public Servants in the Education Department can also access their pay slips using computers or their mobile phones that are connected to the internet.
Before you access your pay slip, you must register first. Simply follow the steps outlined below.
First you must supply the following
- Teaching Service Commission biodata (Full name, File Number, Registration year, )
- Current ID (School ID/ NID)
- Current Mobile Number (Telikom/Digicel/Bmobile/Vodafone)
- Your address /School/Email.
The above information must be submitted to your school inspector. THERE is NO Standard Application form so simply type out the above details and give them to the Inspectors. If you have submitted the above biodata, proceed to step 3 & 4 below for registration.
It may take two to three weeks for your bio data to be sent to the ICT team at Education Department and get entered and processed.
Warning! Do not listen or be lured by social Media trollers that promise you that they can easily make you access your pay slip online. These are scammers trying to have access to your bio data and scam you!

How to access Pay Slips
There are two ways you can access your payslips online.
- Use Online Portal (Link available on this site below)
- Install APP (Tisa Payslip)
2. Download the Tisa Pay Slip App on Play store.
- Go to Google Play Store on your Mobile phone
- Search for “TisaPayslip” click to open
After the your bio data is sent to the ICT Division, Education Department by your school inspector, the ICT team will process your data. After this is down, an account will be created that contains your pay slip data.
- Your pay roll file number will be your username (Ex: 12334555)
- A temporary password will be created by ICT team and will be forwarded to you through your nominated email or mobile phone number that you supplied to them through your school inspector. Remember to change your password afterwards. This make take awhile.
- Once you have access to the login details, use the link below to access your pay slip.
