According to the notice, affected students are encouraged to make their own arrangements to travel to the Taraka campus. Upon arrival, they can claim refunds for their travel expenses by submitting a refund claim with the university's Scholarships Officer. Students are required to bring their airline ticket and boarding pass to process the refund.
Additionally, students who achieved the required Grade Point Average (GPA) to qualify for the TESAS award but were unable to secure a spot due to technical issues are also advised to travel to the campus independently. These students are urged to register and follow the same refund claim process for their airfare reimbursement, ensuring that they bring their airline ticket and boarding pass as supporting documents.
The university has set a registration deadline of February 14, 2025, with late registration closing on February 21, 2025. Students are encouraged to adhere to these deadlines to avoid any inconvenience.
This advisory comes as part of the university's efforts to ensure that all eligible students can commence their studies without further delays.
