Divine Word University New Selection List and Continuing Student for 2026
Divine Word University has confirmed the release of its 2026 student progression, readmission and new intake lists, marking the start of preparations for the next academic year.
The university congratulated students who completed their studies in 2025 and qualified to continue in 2026, along with those newly admitted or readmitted. The lists are available through the university’s official website for viewing and download.
It was announced that electronic copies of student letters, transcripts and registration documents for 2026 have already been distributed to students via their registered email addresses. New intake and readmitting students will also receive hard copies through their nominated postal addresses.
Students have been urged to carefully go through their letters, paying attention to fee details and registration timelines. Those who do not see their names on the published lists are advised to check their student emails or contact the Office of the Registrar by email for clarification on their academic status.
Official registration will be conducted from February 2 to February 6, 2026, at the St John Paul II Multipurpose Hall. The university said students are expected to complete registration during this period as it forms a key requirement for enrolment.
Failure to register within the official timeframe may affect enrolment eligibility, with a late registration fee of K20 per day applying. No student will be registered after February 13, 2026, and those with genuine reasons for late registration should contact the Office of the Registrar.
Separate arrangements have been made for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Year 5 students, who will register earlier between January 19 and January 22, 2026, by reporting directly to the Office of the Registrar.
The notice was signed by Acting Registrar Ms Ali Clare Aribi, who said the university looks forward to welcoming students back to campus in 2026.
