Pacific Adventist University launches Digital Online Learning Centre

Pacific Adventist University (PAU) has taken another step towards expanding digital education with the opening of a new Digital Online Learning Centre designed to modernise teaching and learning at the university level.

The new facility brings together advanced learning technologies under one roof, allowing students and lecturers to access flexible, technology-driven education while strengthening the institution's ability to deliver courses beyond the traditional classroom setting.

The centre houses an Online Class Recording Studio, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) Centre, a Hybrid Classroom and a TV Production Studio. These facilities are expected to improve online lesson delivery, create more interactive learning experiences and enhance digital communication across the university.

University officials said the investment reflects the institution's long-term commitment to embracing technology and preparing students for an increasingly digital future. The centre will also support educators with modern teaching resources while providing greater access to quality education for learners regardless of their location.

By expanding its digital infrastructure, the university aims to create more flexible study options and ensure graduates develop the digital skills needed in today's workforce.
