PNG University of Technology For Non School leavers for 2027 Enrollments
The Papua New Guinea University of Technology (PNGUoT) has officially opened online applications for the 2027 Academic Year for eligible Non-School Leavers and Re-Admit Students wishing to undertake studies through the University's online application system.
Applications are accepted online only. Manual applications or applications submitted via email will not be accepted.

Eligibility
Applications are invited from:
- Students who have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
- Students seeking re-admission after discontinuing or withdrawing from Semester 1 of their previous year of study.
Application Fee
- All applicants must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of K100.00 before submitting their online application.

Applicants must upload the original payment receipt when submitting their online application. The receipt must clearly display the applicant's name and purpose of payment (for example: Joe Green AppFee).
Re-Admit Applicants
Re-admit applicants are required to submit:
- Two completed PNGUoT Character Reference Forms.
- Current academic transcript (semester result slips will not be accepted).
- A readmission letter explaining why the University should consider the application.
- Medical clearance from a recognised medical doctor if previous withdrawal was on medical grounds.
- A recent passport-sized colour photograph in PDF format.
- Non-School Leaver Applicants
Non-school leaver applicants must provide:
- A recent passport-sized colour photograph in PDF format.
- Application payment receipt in PDF format.
- Officially certified academic transcripts and certificates, including secondary school, college, university, vocational, distance or open learning qualifications.
- Two completed referee reports from suitable referees who are not close relatives.
- All supporting documents must be officially certified by a registered Commissioner for Oaths employed by the Government during 2025 or 2026.
Copies of National Identification Cards, passports or driver's licences will not be accepted as supporting documents.
Important Information
Applicants are advised that:
- Documents submitted after an application has been lodged will not be accepted.
- Appeals for rejected applications will not be considered where application instructions have not been followed.
- Applicants previously excluded after failing twice in the first year or three times throughout the same programme are not eligible for re-admission into that programme.
- Applicants who exceed the University's maximum programme completion period are not eligible for re-admission into the same programme.
- Any applicant found submitting forged or altered documents will be permanently disqualified and blacklisted.
- Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
