"It takes perseverance, commitment, and family support to succeed in achieving a master's degree qualification," remarked Joe, underlining the importance of a robust support system in academic pursuits.
Encouraging fellow working-class individuals with prior degrees, Joe advocates for further education to align with the dynamic shifts in the job landscape driven by technological advancements.
"As the work environment continues to evolve, individuals must adapt by pursuing additional training and qualifications to meet emerging demands," he asserted.
Joe's community pastor, Max Tands, lauded his achievement as extraordinary, citing it as a source of inspiration for youths and students within Joe's community and village in Jiwaka.
